Our mission is to provide holistic evidenced-based community services, including faith-focused services, through community partnerships and collaboration, that support the care and well being of families, children and youth.
Agency History
Established in 1998 as CMU we have evolved into HillTop Promises which is a community leader in providing resources to families who are in need of love, hope, empowerment and a new direction for their lives.
As a community based agency, our programs are based on evidenced based practices and cutting edge concepts which meet the holistic needs of the community and it's families, children & youth.
We provide the training, support, and resources which empower families to successfully make the changes necessary to move from where they are to where they want to be.
Our outcomes have offered proof to community leaders and various governmental agencies to be among the best available in the Metro Richmond Area.
